SERVICE DETAILS

MVP

We define the problem, target users and a success metric for the first version. We then select the essential features, design the main user journeys and implement analytics. After launch, product data and user interviews help you decide whether and how to invest further.

Who is this service for?

You have an idea for a digital product and want to validate it in the market before committing the full budget

You need a working product to show investors or your first customers

You run an established company and want to test a new line of business without tying up the entire team for months

What's included?

The scope needed for a real test

During the workshop, we separate the features needed to test the idea from those that can wait. We also define a measurable goal for the first version.

A foundation for further development

We build with Next.js, TypeScript and cloud infrastructure. We hand over the code, repository and documentation needed for future development.

Critical user journeys first

We prioritise registration, payment and the product's core function: the elements that deliver value to users.

Analytics designed to validate the idea

We measure returning users, feature usage and where people abandon a journey. We also test willingness to pay through an offer, a pricing test or interviews.

Production environment and launch

We configure hosting, the domain, error monitoring and a safe process for deploying future changes.

01

Scope workshop

We define the problem, user and success metric. We reduce the feature list to the essentials and agree a fixed price for the first version.

02

Wireframes for the key journeys

We design the main screens and flows. You can click through the prototype before any code is written.

03

Development in sprints

Every week or two, you see a working version. We can rearrange priorities between sprints.

04

Launch and measurement

We release the product, observe user behaviour and plan the next stage or a change of direction together.

Frequently asked questions

How is an MVP different from a finished product?

An MVP is a working product with a deliberately limited scope. It contains the features needed to test the most important assumptions, while less critical elements move into the future development plan.

What if the idea does not work?

That is valuable information gained before a larger investment. Analytics and user interviews help identify what did not work. You can then change direction, refine the offer or stop development.

Can the MVP be developed further?

Yes. We choose the architecture with the planned direction in mind and hand over the repository and documentation after the project. If the test changes the product's core assumptions, part of the solution may need to be rebuilt.

Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?

We routinely sign an NDA before learning the details of your idea. Once the project is complete, the full rights to the code, repository and documentation belong to you.
